Terms of Service
These Terms govern every order placed with Dollarisho Exchange. By submitting an exchange request you accept these Terms in full, together with our AML/KYC Policy. Last updated: May 2026.
1. Order Creation
An exchange order is created exclusively through the order form on the Dollarisho Exchange website (dollarisho.exchange), mobile interface, or official chatbot. Orders placed through any other channel are not recognised. Each order receives a unique alphanumeric identifier that can be used to track status at any time. By submitting an order the client confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and the AML/KYC Policy.
The client's email address is a mandatory field and serves as the primary identification factor for the order. Email is used to deliver order confirmations, status updates, and payment details. Sensitive information (wallet addresses, payment credentials, verification links) is transmitted exclusively through the Dollarisho Exchange order system — never via third-party messaging platforms at our initiative.
2. Exchange Rate & Fee Policy
The rate displayed at the moment of order creation reflects the actual rate at which the exchange will be executed. All costs — including our service fee and any applicable third-party payment system fees — are included in the displayed rate and output amount. There are no hidden charges applied after order creation. Where a fee is variable, the highest applicable value is used in the rate calculation.
The displayed rate is fixed for 30 minutes from order creation. If the client's USDT payment is not received within this window, the order is processed at the rate current at the time of confirmed receipt. If market conditions make it impossible to provide an accurate rate for a given direction, that direction is suspended until a reliable rate can be shown.
Rate manipulation is strictly prohibited. Dollarisho Exchange does not change rates unjustifiably within a 30-minute window to influence its position in any exchanger monitoring ranking, does not correlate rate changes with a user's navigation to this website, and does not change rates at the moment of order creation. Any rate shown on this website at the time an order is submitted is the rate that will apply to that order for 30 minutes.
3. Customer Payment Terms
After creating an order, the client must send the exact amount of USDT shown on the order confirmation screen to the unique deposit address generated for that order. Each deposit address is single-use. Sending funds to an address associated with a different or expired order may result in loss of funds. The client is responsible for ensuring the correct network is used (TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20 as displayed).
The client must initiate the transfer within 30 minutes of order creation to benefit from the fixed rate. Transfers received after this window are processed at the then-current rate. The minimum transfer amount is 100 USDT. Maximum amounts per order are shown in the exchange calculator; orders exceeding the displayed reserve may require prior arrangement with support.
4. Exchanger Payment Terms
Upon receiving the client's USDT and completing AML screening, Dollarisho Exchange sends PayPal USD to the email address provided at order creation. Standard processing time is 15–60 minutes from blockchain confirmation. All orders are completed within 24 hours from confirmed receipt, except where a compliance hold is active (see Section 10). Our financial obligation to the client is considered fulfilled upon confirmed delivery of USD to the PayPal account specified in the order.
Dollarisho Exchange executes all exchange directions through its own employees or contractual partners operating under binding confidentiality and compliance obligations. Where an order is executed with the involvement of a third-party partner, this is disclosed to BestChange administration in accordance with monitor requirements.
5. Order Notifications
The client receives email notifications at each of the following events: (a) order creation — including payment details and deposit address; (b) payment detected on blockchain; (c) AML screening initiated or completed; (d) payout sent; (e) order completed or cancelled. Notification emails are sent to the address provided at order creation. If notifications are not received, the client should check their spam folder and contact support.
6. Payment Details, Security & Modifications
All sensitive order information — deposit addresses, PayPal recipient details, verification links, and order credentials — is transmitted exclusively through the Dollarisho Exchange website order system or official email address (no-reply@dollarisho.exchange). We will never send payment instructions through Telegram, WhatsApp, or any external platform at our own initiative.
Any modification to the recipient PayPal email after order creation requires: (a) a written request submitted through the order tracking interface or support email; (b) a confirmation request sent by Dollarisho Exchange to the original order email; (c) an explicit written reply from the client approving the change. Modifications are not processed until all three steps are complete.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Financial Obligations
An order may be cancelled by the client at any time before USDT is sent. If USDT has been received and the exchange cannot be completed for reasons attributable to Dollarisho Exchange (technical failure, liquidity unavailability, regulatory restriction), the funds are returned to the originating wallet address minus actual blockchain network fees within 24 hours.
AML-related compliance holds may extend the return period to up to 30 calendar days. During an active compliance hold, the client's obligation to the order remains in effect and the order cannot be unilaterally cancelled.
8. Exchange Limits & Reserve
The minimum exchange amount is 100 USDT per order. The maximum per order is determined by the available reserve shown in the exchange calculator. Reserve levels change in real time; if the reserve is insufficient for your intended amount, contact support to arrange a larger order. Orders above $10,000 USD equivalent may require additional KYC documentation before processing begins.
9. Post-Payment Consultation
After sending funds, the client may contact support at any time using the order ID. The following consultation channels are available: Telegram Support (24/7, fastest response); Email support@dollarisho.exchange (replies within 1 hour during working hours).
10. Force Majeure & Exceptional Situations
Dollarisho Exchange is not liable for delays caused by: blockchain network congestion or forks; PayPal platform outages or limitations; banking system failures; government orders or regulatory restrictions; natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Blocked or frozen accounts: If a client's PayPal account is unable to receive funds after payout has been initiated, Dollarisho Exchange will hold the funds for up to 14 days while the client resolves the issue with PayPal.
Erroneous transfers: If a client sends funds to an incorrect address, to an expired order, or in an incorrect amount, recovery is not guaranteed. The client must contact support immediately with their transaction hash.
Partial payments: If the received amount differs from the order amount by more than 1%, the order may be adjusted pro-rata or returned, at the client's election.
11. Prohibited Use & Source of Funds
The Service may not be used to exchange funds derived from or associated with: gambling platforms, online casinos, or sports betting; darknet markets or illegal marketplaces; mixers, tumblers, or obfuscation services; unlicensed cryptocurrency exchanges or unverified P2P platforms; ransomware, fraud, theft, or scam activity; terrorism financing or sanctioned individuals or entities; any other criminal or unlawful activity.
12. Blockchain & Crypto Address Policy
Each order is assigned a unique, single-use deposit wallet address. Addresses are not reused. Sending to an expired address or an address from a different order may result in permanent loss of funds, and recovery cannot be guaranteed.
13. Personal Data
Dollarisho Exchange collects the minimum data necessary to process orders: email address, PayPal recipient address, transaction amounts, and — where KYC is required — identity documents. This data is stored in encrypted form for five years following the last order. We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal data to third parties except: (a) compliance and identity verification service providers; (b) law enforcement pursuant to a valid legal order; (c) where the client has given explicit written consent.
14. Reviews, Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Dollarisho Exchange is committed to responding to public complaints and reviews submitted through BestChange or other exchange monitors within 48 hours of submission. To submit a complaint or dispute directly: email support@dollarisho.exchange with the subject line "Dispute — [Order ID]".
15. Compliance & Governing Law
Dollarisho Exchange is registered as a virtual asset service provider and operates in compliance with applicable FATF recommendations, OFAC requirements, and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. The full compliance framework is set out in our AML/KYC Policy.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes are notified to registered users by email. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
